Automatic or manual time measurement

Indys Timer can be started automatically when opening a document and stopped automatically when closing a document or started and stopped manually allowing you to set a way of measuring best suited to your needs.

Individual settings

Total time and measurement method are saved directly to the InDesign document. So you can set a different way of measuring for every document. Some document can be measured automatically, another one can be started or stopped manually. Time measurement of some documents can be totally turned off.

In the Preference window you can set a display format of the date and time.

Saving time measurement history

Records of time measurement can be saved into a separate text file. Moments of starting and stopping of measurement and individual measured time intervals are saved. The text file is possible to open in a text editor, to import to spreadsheets editor or into InDesign document.

NEWReport

Report will import data from the saved history file into the InDesign table.

NEWTotal price

The total price is calculated according to the defined hourly rate. In the Preference window you can set currency and rounding precision.

Change of total time

You can change or reset total time of measurement.

Easy to use

Understandable dialog windows with tool tips. User interface in English, Czech, French, German and Spanish (manual in English).
